Your company is experiencing rapid growth, and you need to hire an additional 10% of your employees, impacting each of the benchmarked positions. Your company has not had a formal recruitment and selection plan, and you have been tasked with creating one to ensure the recruitment of these employees runs smoothly, ties into your company’s mission and vision, complies with the law, and encourages diversity. Use what you have learned in this unit and properly referenced outside sources, to create a plan addressing the unique needs of three benchmark positions in your organization. This component should include:
