I often feel like I am not doing enough at work and not spending enough time with my family. I would like to find a way to better balance my time, so I can feel more productive at work and have more time for my family (Mrr, 2010). Identify the evidence: The evidence that I have to support this problem is that I often feel overwhelmed and stressed. I find that I am always thinking about work, even when I am at home with my family. I also feel like I cannot enjoy my time off from work. Define the problem: The problem is that I am not able to balance my time between work and my family. I often feel like I am not doing enough at work and not spending enough time with my family. Generate possible solutions Some possible solutions to this problem are to create a schedule for myself, set limits on how much work I will do outside of work hours, and make sure that I take time for myself each day. Select the best solution The best solution for me would be to create a schedule for myself. This way, I can ensure that I am spending enough time at work and also taking time for my family.
