Companies that have adopted green practices have several benefits, which include increasing their competitiveness and higher profits. Green energy focuses on replacing petroleum products with eco-friendly sources of energy, such as solar energy. These primary actions are to regulate harmful practices as much as possible in order to keep the environment healthy. Background of the study In 1990s companies around the world over-depended on fossil fuels to run industrial activities. This meant that petroleum producers would charge high prices, which led to the oil crisis. However, technology has been changing, which has created room for more effective energy sources.
