i need a 6 slide minimum ppt presentation on human impact on ecosystem

This is the second part of the course project. Begin by making any corrections required to Part 1. In the same presentation, create a slide titled “Part 2: Human Impact on Ecological Change” to indicate where Part 2 begins. Submit Parts 1 and 2 in Blackboard as a single PowerPoint presentation.

Consider that human activities can create both positive and negative changes on ecosystems. You might research deforestation, urbanization, agriculture, oil and gas mining, hydroelectric dams, and wind farms and how these affect the surrounding ecosystems and wildlife populations. Conversely, you might research the creation of wildlife refuges, national parks, and wildlife corridor projects that affect landscape patterns. Try to find a specific example of your chosen topic, and discuss the impact of the activities/project on local landscapes, ecosystems, wildlife, and human populations. Discuss both the benefits and the problems.

Remember to use reliable sources on the Internet. There is a lot of misinformation out there and finding reliable information can be difficult. Be sure to cite your sources of information and any pictures/graphics that you use.

Your presentation must include the elements below.

  • What activity or project have you chosen to present? Why did you choose this activity or project? (Why is it important?)
  • Connect the activity/project to its impact on the environment and wildlife populations. (How does the activity/project use natural resources, disrupt habitat, or impact wildlife? Are there other effects on the environment?)
  • If available, report data and statistics (with references) on how this activity/product affects the environment.
  • What can people do to decrease the activity/project’s impact on the environment?
  • Are there any organizations actively engaged in the promotion or research of your chosen activity or product? If so, list them, and briefly describe their actions. If not, describe why you think that is and if you see opportunities to become involved in this area.

Be sure to follow the formatting guidelines below.

  • You must include at least three visual aids.
  • You must include three reliable sources with references in APA format. At least one source must come from the CSU Online Library.
  • Use bulleted information on slides (five lines or less).
  • Include brief details in the speaker notes. (Information that you would say to the class during an actual presentation should be placed in the speaker notes.)
  • Add to the references slide used for Part 1. Remember, references in APA format are listed in alphabetical order, regardless of the order of appearance in the presentation.
  • Use appropriate fonts and backgrounds.
  • Use correct APA format for references and citations, and use correct grammar and spelling.
  • Upload the presentation as a .ppt or .pptx file.

Part 2 of the PowerPoint presentation should be at least six slides in length but not more than 12 slides in length (not counting your title slide and references slide).

Write-a-250-word-reponse-to-the-response-below-

The legal requirements for a cyber action to meet the definition of an act of war are very vague. According to Charles J Dunlap Jr an act of war is a political phrase not a legal term. Also mentioned is that it could be said that the UN Charter was designed to ban war from the vocabulary of nations. According to Military.com Pentagon leaders have yet to regulate when a cyber-attack against the U.S. would establish an act of war. It also mentioned that the Defense Department would take action an attack on cyber-attack on civilian infrastructure. I think that the requirements for a cyber-attack to meet the definition of an act of war should not be left ambiguous. I don’t because then it is left up to be interoperated and not everyone will see it that way.

I think an act of terrorism should include any attacks against the government even if it is a phishing seem and employee opened up on the government’s network. This way a nation or individual will know before had that any attack will be taken seriously. I also think that this should apply to business that are in our country weather it’s a mom and pop shop or a large business such as Home depot. I think in all aspects no matter what a large business does they usually provide some kind of support to the government. The last job I was at serviced VA hospitals and commercial hospitals. Although those attacks are not against the government they are against the people of the government that use their credit card there. Also government entities shop there. For me even though an attacker did not know the information they were getting they still could have an effect on a government account.

DISCUSSION 1 :Retention- Recognition

DISCUSSION 1 :Retention- Recognition

DUE WEDNESDAY BY 9PM NEW YORK TIME 1 PAGE APA FORMAT WITH IN-TEXT CITATIONS AND REFERENCES TO UPLOADED RESOURCES AND LINK

Customizing recognition and appreciation strategies requires an understanding of board members’ and nongoverning volunteers’ motivations. Many volunteers find dedication to mission personally fulfilling and a powerful motivator. Positively reinforcing that dedication, as well as acknowledging skills, work, time, and personal commitment has been shown to increase the longevity of a volunteer’s commitment. Others enjoy taking part in recognition events, receiving a plaque, getting a certificate of appreciation, etc. Some volunteers find that a simple “thank you” note is enough to feel appreciated. Whether tangible or intangible, it is important to find meaningful ways to recognize and thank both board members and nongoverning volunteers for the important work they perform.

To prepare for this Discussion:

  • Review the course media, “Retention,” with Simone Joyaux, and consider how retention of board members and nongoverning volunteers can be fostered through appreciation and recognition strategies.
  • Consider ways to recognize and reward volunteers, and how this can improve volunteer retention.
  • Consider what recognition and appreciation strategies would allow you to affirm and acknowledge the work and dedication of board members and nongoverning volunteers in your the organization.
